Class Descriptions
-
Our signature class. Move your spine in all six directions, build strength, improve balance, and find ease. Breath leads movement with space for longer holds. The sequence stays consistent — but no two classes feel the same.
Room warmed to 85–90° with radiant heat panels.

Stability and mobility in the body. Clarity and flexibility in the mind. We open with a dynamic vinyasa flow to arrive fully, then ease into stillness for a guided meditation to close.
Standard room temp around 72 degrees but it may feel warmer at times relevant to how many people are in class.
-

-

Offered monthly this summer on the 4th Tuesday at 6:30PM.

-
Known as "yogic sleep," this 60-minute guided practice uses progressive relaxation to lead you into a state of deep, healing rest — awake but still, somewhere between waking and dreaming. Deeply restorative for body and mind.
Offered monthly this summer on the 2nd Tuesday at 6:30PM.
