Stability and mobility in the body. Clarity and flexibility in the mind. We open with a dynamic vinyasa flow to arrive fully, then ease into stillness for a guided meditation to close.

The practice of receiving more by doing less. Fully supported, restful postures held for several minutes invite the nervous system to soften, unwind, and reset. You don't have to earn this 60-minute rest.

This practice focuses on flexibility, relaxation, and recovery. You will experience longer holds in asanas, or poses, that target deep connective tissue.

Known as "yogic sleep," this 60-minute guided practice uses progressive relaxation to lead you into a state of deep, healing rest — awake but still, somewhere between waking and dreaming. Deeply restorative for body and mind.

This playful 45-minute class includes movement, music, breathing techniques, relaxation, and mindful activities in a welcoming environment. A fun way for youth and caregivers to bond, play, and explore the benefits of yoga together! All ages and abilities.
