Whether you're here for your first class or your five hundredth, our space holds infinite possibilities because that's exactly what it was built for.

PALM ROOMTwo Practice Rooms
With two dedicated practice rooms, your experience of unplugging starts before class and lingers after. Step in, settle in, and let the space do what it was designed to do, hold you.
PALM is our larger room, where heated classes take place. Warm, expansive, and energizing. It's where you come to move.
PINE is our smaller room, home to classes, our yoga + play lounge (childcare coming soon!), series, and events. Intimate, versatile, and full of possibility.
Changing Rooms & Bathrooms
Clean changing rooms and bathrooms mean you can come straight from work, a walk, or wherever life took you before class and leave feeling refreshed and ready for whatever's next.
Kitchenette
A shared kitchenette for the moments before and after practice because community is built in the in-between. Fill your water bottle or make some tea, take your time, and stay a little longer.
Space for Connection
We believe presence is one of the most powerful gifts you can offer. Our common spaces are designed to invite it, lingering conversations, new friendships, and the quiet joy of being around people who get it.
Space to Store Your Belongings
Arrive and set everything down, literally. We have dedicated space for your bags, shoes, and gear so you can step onto your mat with nothing to carry but your breath.
Handicap Accessible
PALM + PINE is fully handicap accessible. Accessibility isn't an afterthought here, it's part of our commitment to a space that genuinely belongs to everyone.

Part of Something Bigger
PALM + PINE is located on the Southside of La Crosse at 1800 Jackson St . Right in the heart of the vibrant Jackson Plaza, a neighborhood hub surrounded by local businesses and community energy. Our main entrance is on East Ave, enter along the side of the building.
Parking
Two parking lots. One in front, one in back of the building, plus street parking along East Ave. Getting here is easy.
Jackson Plaza
We're proud to be part of this thriving neighborhood plaza, home to a variety of local businesses. Come early, stay late, and explore the community around us.
Farmers Market
Every Saturday through summer and into early fall, Jackson Plaza hosts a local Farmers Market. Flow to class, then browse the market. It doesn't get more community than that.
