Sarah Reynolds

Sarah is a teacher who believes yoga is for every body and hopes each class leaves you feeling grounded, centered, and more connected to yourself. Her classes invite students to connect mind, body, and breath through mindful movement and self-awareness. Sarah create space for students of all levels to explore what feels good in their bodies and find balance both on and off the mat. She completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at PALM + PINE. Off the mat, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to live music, dancing, hiking, kayaking, reading and traveling.
