Jenna is a movement educator with a deep belief that understanding and connecting with our bodies is key to lifelong well-being. She possesses a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science, but first stepped into yoga teacher training after high school. She was drawn to the practice as a tool for self-discovery and mental health support in a post-pandemic world.

Jenna brings both scientific insight and embodied compassion to every class with a focus on functional, sustainable movement that supports practitioners through all stages of life. Her classes offer a grounded, inclusive space for students to explore, reconnect, and build a practice that lasts.
