Workshop: Activating Resilience | November 14th

November 14th 10:30am - 12:30pm
@Holmen Studio & Remote on ZOOM

Resilience is a skill made up of thoughts and behaviors.  Every time we move through a challenge we further develop this skill.  Because you have faced challenges before, you are already a resilient person!  Sometimes when a new challenge presents, our resilience may be difficult to activate and differing circumstances might warrant a new or different level of skill.

Join us Saturday November 14th for an educational and practical application workshop for ACTIVATING RESILIENCE!  We will discuss strategies that tap into your source of resilience, and strategies to further develop your skill:

+ Mindfulness
+ Self-Care
+ Boundaries
+ Reflection
+ Internal Resources

We know these skills are useful throughout life, and certainly beneficial during these current unusual circumstances. Additionally, we recognize that the pandemic might change the way we celebrate upcoming holidays. Prepare for these changes by activating your resilience now!
